DoubleShot Coffee Company began in 2004 as a cafe and roastery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The goal of serving fresh, delicious coffee to patrons and earning their respect and trust has been an ongoing, progressive exercise through the years. From roasting and brewing coffee, to service and design, the culmination of the process involved returning to the source.
By partnering with JustHope in Nicaragua, DoubleShot is striving to procure excellent coffees working with small farmers in La Flor. Helping the farmers develop better techniques to process coffees will help them attain a better price in the market. Experiments with small lots can produce interesting coffees to sell directly at DoubleShot.
